During High School I excelled in multiple sports achieving success in
Volleyball, Wrestling, and Football.
I decided to focus on Track & Field during my Junior year
after placing 2nd at the State Meet in the Pole Vault with a jump of 14'6".
After I finished High School I went onto college to compete in
the Decathlon. I was able to compete at the National level and
finished up as an All-American NCAA Division I Decathlete.

I understand the importance of learning technical proficiency, but as
athletes progress I put extreme emphasis on the importance of
sprint speed, jumping ability, calisthenics, and overall athletic
agility. All these traits together compliment each other to develop
an outstanding pole vaulter.
I value what it takes to achieve and sustain excellence at a National level.
With 16+ years of Pole Vault experience between competing and
coaching, let me use my discipline and understanding of success
to help you achieve your athletic goals.
